Sometimes I feel like updating this thing, but then I remember that no one is on here anymore. Perhaps that would be more of a reason to update it; who knows really.

But since I'm here, let's see what's new with me!
Oh wait...nothing is. LOL, not really, but now that I've started this entry, I don't really feel like completing it. Soooooo, that's it! Until another year (ha ha..see what I did there?). :)

EDIT: After reading some old entries, I feel like I might actually update this thing so that, if for nothing else, I can reflect on my past; but not right now, ha ha. I've got a CHM midterm the size of Nantucket that I should be preparing for :x Wish me luck you Livejournal, you!

HHHEY, ERYBADY, WAZ GUUD?!?!

Ha ha, I'm feeling GOOD, and I don't know why. It could be the fact that I had a really, really good day yesterday (thanks to LB, Christian, Brenna, Zack, and Riddle--in order of when I met up with them, lol). I got home around 4 in the AM and went to sleep around 6:30ish. The trip to Tate's and Neighborhood Skateshop proved to be incredibly beneficial. If I do go back next Monday, then I'll be looking forward to it.

Oh, I'm back from Tampa by the way (obviously). The first day was utterly dreadful. I was butting heads with my mom and my sister the ENTIRE day until we went to sleep basically. It carried on a little bit into the next morning. It wasn't until we got to my cousin's graduation (from the University of Tampa) that I started to mellow out and be chill with them. I have a bad problem of holding grudges against my family. It's one of my WORST traits for sure. But anyways, it was cool seeing the family after what may very well have been over a year of not seeing any of them (though I have a huge family--a lot of whom I've yet to meet--and it was only a small fraction that I saw). It was especially cool to see my cousins. It's so dope to know your family at a young age and see each other grow and blossom (lol, no homo). I drove the four hours back to Miami which was kind of cool too; that's the farthest/longest that I've driven :p

I think that's it. I should be chilling with Riddle later, but until then I'm going to watch Back to the Future. I saw a clip from it on Current TV (which is definitely one of my new favorite channels), and I got a sudden urge to watch it, ha ha.

PEACE.

I leave for Tampa in about 6 and a half hours. It's 3:30 in the morning and I can't really sleep. I doubt that it's from excitement; a road trip with my mom wasn't quite number one on my list of things to do this summer. At least my sister will be there I guess.

I don't really know what I want to say. There are so many things that are going through my head right now. Sadly, I think that half of it stems from monetary issues. The other half from failing when it comes to my own convictions and values.

In any event, trying times won't and can't last. However, as opposed to waiting for the good times to roll around, I'll have to try to make things better myself. Who knows, maybe this short trip will do me some good. Ha ha, I hope.[/emo]

Anyways, did you guys know that South Florida might become a state? I'm fairly certain that it won't happen, but it's still interesting to think about.
I left my house at 7:40ish this morning and I just got back home around 12:30. I spent a total of about 5-6 hours riding buses. I'm completely worn out! This was my day:

183 Bus-->17 Bus-->11 Bus-->Wachovia-->FIU-->Work-->11 Bus-->S Bus-->Aventura-->Camillo's Apartment Building for Bible study-->Denny's-->Home

And it feels really good to be here.

On an unrelated note, I came to the realization that I need a girl that's just as boring as me. I'm not entirely sure whether I'm serious or not.

Good night!

EDIT:Oh, look what came in the mail on Friday:

SO MANY GOOD MOVIES!

This is mostly for me; a list of sorts. But maybe you'll see something you like too. (Besides the last two, they all come out this month I believe, and the first three are out already!)

YES!

YES!

YES!

YES!

I haven't seen the first one yet, but my sister keeps telling me how good it is.
Check the band's myspace. They're so good!

Not having a car can suck. Riding public transportation can suck as well. I don't think I'll ever completely hate it though. I had to catch the bus to work this morning (well, 3 buses). Lloyd was on the first one. I was talking to him and ended up missing my stop and going all the way to Aventura Mall (which made me an hour and a half late for work). In addition to meeting up with Lloyd whom I hadn't seen in forever, I saw one of my old housekeepers on the bus that I had to get on after I missed my first stop. We didn't acknowledge each other, but it just shows how small this world is (or at least the city).

Coming back home, I met this guy named Dio who works in American Apparel. He has a pretty interesting story. He's from South America and he moved to the States with his family. He lived in LA until he got kicked out by his parents. Then he returned here and he hopes to save up enough to work in an American Apparel in Barcelona. We had a really good talk about faith and spiritual matters. I hope that our paths cross again someday.

I realized that the 11 bus runs 24 hours and it goes from the Government Center to FIU. Also, the S runs 24 hours between Downtown and Aventura Mall via Collins Ave, Lincoln Road, and all of that jazz. Knowing that, my world has just become broader (as I now have more of an access to Downtown). Good times.

HEROES

Season three will begin with the third volume, "Villains", on September 15, 2008 with a three-hour premiere. The first-hour will be a clip show of the past two seasons, with the final two-hours being the Heroes season premiere[28]. "Villains" was originally supposed to be part of the second season, however the writer's strike caused the volume to be carried over to season three. The lead-in to the third volume, "Villains", features Sylar. Throughout Volume Two, his powers are suppressed by the Shanti virus.[29] After using a cure procured by Mohinder Suresh, he regains his abilities, delivering the first line of the volume: "I'm back." Tim Kring has claimed that the new volume will bring a cadre of villains to the show, hence the name.[30] On December 5, 2007 at the Jules Verne Film Festival Adventure, Tim Kring showed a video-preview of Volume three.[31].

Man, I can't wait!

I can't wait until summer also. Two more weeks!

I hate how quickly the weekends go by when you have to work. I worked Friday evening from 5-10:30, Saturday afternoon from 12-4, and I work today from 5-10:30ish. JEEZ, I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL THE SUMMER COMES!!!!! Then I can just work and chill without having to worry about school and stuff for a while.

On a better note, I skated with LB yesterday. I landed my first tre-flip (kind of sketchy, but whatever), kickflipped the 5 at FIU (which took me about an hour), and ollied up the 3 (which was also kind of sketchy). I wish that we could have recorded that session. Ha ha, come summer though, I'm going to get back into skating HARD. Should be dope.

Also, I was pretty stoked to receive my kicks in the mail on Thursday.

:)

EDIT:Who wants to go to the fair Saturday evening (the 12th)?

I just read the updated news reports; can you say FAIL? I can only imagine the looks on their faces when the dude still refused to go with them after they pistol whipped him. Lol, and then they failed at taking a 1 year old girl. Almost like that episode of the Boondocks, lol. In all reality though, it isn't really that much of a laughing matter.
All I have is a Chapter test in Japanese tomorrow and then my Spring break can commence. And it starts off with a road trip of sorts to Fort Myers on Saturday! Needless to say, I'm excited :)

So much for not knowing if I'd ever update, ha ha.

Edit: I LOVE the break down in this song.

Yeah.

Today was certainly a sweet day. I finished the rough draft of the long proposal of the paper that I'm writing for English about religion which means less work for me to do now. In the paper, I'm working to prove that Christianity is the one true religion. Therefore, it's obviously going to be the hardest paper that I've ever written, lol. But it should be fun. I aced my Kanji quiz in Japanese, which is always good. I had an awesome philosophical talk about religion, various concepts, and things like that with Paulo (who is probably one of the smartest guys that I know). And yeah...that's it. What a whopper of a first entry, right?

Which reminds me: I made the new journal...well, just because pretty much. I felt that it was time for a change I guess. I don't know if I'll ever update it, but you know. It's always good to have I suppose ;p
